Nitaya was a Director of Finance and Accounting at Raimon Land PLC. While with Raimon Land, she handled every aspect of accounting and cash management functions at head office and project levels. In addition, during the financial crises in the late 1990s, her responsibilities also covered various corporate recovery and debt restructuring tasks performed when the company was under rehabilitation. Her role was instrumental to the success of the restructuring plan.

Nitaya was a key contact person between the company and the SEC and the SET. Her roles as a contact person involved communication and filing to the SEC and the SEC news releases, required and voluntary disclosures.

Her core expertise includes application of accounting standards to property development business, communication and reporting to the SEC and the SET.

Nungruthai, the founder of Advisory Neo, was a corporate planning vice president of Raimon Land PLC, a listed property developer. She also formerly held a managerial position in a security brokerage firm.

On graduating with a master degree in Economics and Finance from Bristol, she joined KPMG, a Big-four accounting and advisory firm. Bee worked in a number of projects supporting clients in various industries. Her experience encompasses her professional experience across various practice areas of the firm in Bangkok and Sydney, Australia. While working for the firm, she was assigned to clients in several industries, from hospitality to port operator to a government agency on risk advisory, financial due diligence and other financial advisory- type assignments.

Her professional interests focus on financial statements forecast, incorporating accounting standards.

Duangrat is a certified public accountant. She had gathered over 10 years experience in statutory audit and review of financial statements for regulatory bodies reporting, including reporting in compliance with IFRS and U.S. GAAP from working for KPMG.

Duangrat has also advised clients in various industries, with the emphasis being financial services and consumer market, in finance and accounting functions. The collection of her past engagements include audit and review of consolidation reporting packages, assistance provided to clients filing for domestic and international public-offering, financial due diligence, review and advise of internal process and control, management report and information risk management.

Her skill set focuses on financial reporting and internal audit.

Lertnapa has over 10 years experience working as an accountant and a business controller of an international pharmaceutical company. While working for the company she was responsible for accounting, tax planning, finance planning and internal control.

After she earned a master degree in finance, she combined her skills in accounting with the knowledge acquired in finance in working as a financial advisor in an investment banking arm of securities companies. She was a team member assisting clients in various filings with the Stock Exchange of Thailand, to name a few, initial public offering, warrant registration and capital increase. She had also provided opinion on connected transaction and assets acquisition and disposition transaction, advised on performance assessment, supported content drafting of information disclosure report (form 56-1), annual report (form 56-2) of companies listed and planning to be listed in the Stock Exchange as well as some government agencies.

Lertnapa’s area of interest covers security and business valuation and information disclosure of public companies listed in the Stock Exchange.

After completed her degree in visual communication design, Aree started her career as a web designer. She has gathered around 10 years of experience as a web designer. Her portfolio includes web sites and other media designed for clients in jewelry, real estate, cement and auto industries as well as some government agencies.

Aree is an advanced user of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Image Ready, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, Allaire Homesite, GIF Animation and Swish 2D. She is also proficient in HTML, DHML, CSS and JAVA SCRIPT.
